GLASGOW GYM MEMBERSHIPS

Citypark Fitness is Glasgow's leading independent gym. We have a team of expert Personal Trainers on site who will help you achieve your fitness goals.

 

Citypark Fitness is a friendly, welcoming environment that supports everyone. We have a great range of high quality equipment to suit all fitness levels.

We have everything you need across our 5 gym areas.

Main Gym - 
comprising of the very best cardio machines, free weights area, fixed resistance machines, plate loaded machines and Olympic Lifting Platforms.

Four private studios - Lift, Shift, Reformer & Recover. These can be used when sessions are not running. Lots of additional lifting platforms, sled track, wall balls, ski, rower assault bikes and TRX. 

 

All of our Team are qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers with years of success and experience in the industry.

We have fully equipped changing rooms with showers and there is is also site parking too.

Choose a rolling monthly membership option or lock in for a longer term and take the 12 month membership.

FEMALE ONLY

GROUP PT

 

The sessions are lead by our fantastic team of Coaches in our private female only studio.

Sessions run 7 days a week from 6am through to 8pm with over 30 across the week to choose from. 

The sessions are delivered in small groups of likeminded ladies with similar goals and fitness levels. Focusing on form and technique, we'll teach you how to do things safely and effectively, completing big compound movements and motivating you to progress. We are there to celebrate the wins with you. 

In addition you'll have an allocated Coach who will support you 121 throughout your time. They will give you full nutrition guidance, set goals with you and hold you to account.

We'll build your confidence, help you achieve your goals and have fun along the way.

121 PERSONAL TRAINING

 

The sessions are lead by one of our PTs. You can choose from 1, 2 or 3 PT sessions a week.

Your Personal Trainer will take time to understand how they can help you and design an appropriate programme to help you achieve your goals. They’ll push and motivate you within the sessions as well as supporting you with things to do away from the gym too - such as nutrition advice and extra movement goals.

We'll build your confidence, help you achieve your aims and have fun along the way.
